CPI EuroMix has provided hundreds of tonnes of mortar for the construction of London’s most expensive place to live – One Hyde Park.
The exclusive building is home to the world’s most expensive apartment, priced at over £100 million. Throughout the construction of the 86 apartment structure, CPI EuroMix delivered Class 3 natural mortar to both contractor Swift Brickwork and masonry specialists Lyons & Annoot.
Created by acclaimed developer Candy & Candy and designed by architect Rogers Stirk + Harbour, the project was delivered by main contractor Laing O’Rourke.
CPI EuroMix provided 1,700 tonnes of material, delivered in one tonne bulk bags, as well as smaller easier to handle 25kg bags, supplied by Buildbase.
