CPI has helped to solve the problem of limited space at the site of a new £100 million shopping development in Kent. Fremlin Walk is being built on the old brewery site in the heart of Maidstone town centre. Developers Centros Miller and main contractors Miller Construction were faced with very little on-site space and the challenge of vast amounts of brickwork to be completed against strict construction deadlines. CPI’s silo system provided an ideal solution to overcome all of the challenges.
